Light aroma of malt and a promise of hop. Golden white color with a minimal white head. Thin to medium body with brisk carbonation. Its malty. The promise of hop seems unfulfilled. Brings the old Near Beer to mind. Beats water, and I might prefer it to Bud Almighty. The finish is fairly dry, and the long remain is somewhat papery in flavor. Not all that bad, I am drinking more of it than I thought I would!

12 oz. bottle. Yes, I rate the N/A beers because they can have a place in the drinking mans diet. This one opens with a skunky smell that never quite goes away. But it does pour out a big head under a nice lager color. Taste shows some surprising beery qualities: some malt and a little bitterness and a spicy hop aftertaste. But it also has a watery mouthfeel. Okay for what it is.

Bottled 0,33L. Modest head of medium duration. Much limpid yellow color with discreet fizzy. Light aroma of dampen cereals and straw. A lot gaunt taste, decidedly watery and with light crisp final.

Positively reeks of rusty baked bean tins, beans on wholemeal toast. Pours with quite a convincing head of dense foam. Smooth and malty with a not-revolting parting bitterness. Wholemeal and metal. A trace of biscuit. Nothing overly offensive.

Crystal clear yellow. Grainy sweet nose. Grainy corny flavor. Not terrrible, and if I had to stay sober it wouldnt be terrible.

Clear gold color with faint white head. Grain nose with nothing much going on. Sweet malt body. Much better than I expected.

From a bottle this poured a clear golden yellow with a good white head for a low-alcoholic brew with minimal lacing. Nose of very mild malts and hops. Mouthfeel light and fizzy. Flavor was like a mild lager and was actually better than some macros.

UPDATED: JAN 1, 2008 OK, couldnt wait to try this after a few good beers! Pop the lid of this 12 oz bottle and it has the quality of many better beers that are slightly veggie skunky, you know, the green bottle ones? Has an interesting beer quality about the flavor. This has the color of any other ubiquitous pale yellow american lager. Funny seeing a liquid called beer that has very little alky. Good carbonation. To its credit, it really tastes like a below average lager! Even has a little taste bud impact that fools you into thinking there is alky in there. A good session brew but you may need to drink a half case to catch a buzz. If you are a lager drinker, mix these with your standard brew to extend the non drunk enjoyment time without a hangover! Much better than Coors Non-Alcoholic, this actually tastes like ubiquitous pale yellow american beer. IMHO the flavor is much better than many regular alcohol brews Ive tasted. Surprising! Even has a slight malt or hop bitterness that develops on the back of the palate.

Bottle (purchased in error), poured a clear gold with a frothy white head. A light aroma - mainly rice. Very sweet, with rice flavours again, but a decent hop presence and at least it was refreshing. Thankfully I could rinse my mouth out with a Duvel.
