A brown beer with no head. It has a slightly malty aroma. The flavor is very sweet - a little fruity like an ale - very light and only slightly bitter. It’s an OK beer - but a little too sweet - not enough balance because it lacks bitterness. joergen (28108) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - FEB 14, 2007

Bottle at the Old Bell, Amsterdam. Clear dark brown beer, short lived tan head. Sweet beer! Sweet sugary malt. Crisp palate. Trace of banana. Little bit of cream in the finish. Passable if you have a sweet tooth. I do!
Bottle at home with Lyoli. Clearish, dark brown pour with a small, fine foam head. Kind of pukey malts in the nose, brown sugar, bread. Super sweet with tons of cloying sugar, a weird malt character, creamy caramel, faint roast. Heavy and syrupy in the mouth with fine carbonation. Sickly sweet finish, maybe some overripe bananas or other fruits. Not very enjoyable on any level. Rasmus40 (20643) - Beder, Aarhus, DENMARK - JUL 25, 2012
