Best Light Beer EVER !!! The verdict? Itís good. Now, you may not enjoy it if you favor giant hearty big dark beers, but I must say that I prefer my sips on the lighter side (which is why Iíve always been a big Hefeweizen fan). Lighter in color and body than even Amstel Light, the Premium Light has a great flavor, light body, is still very Heineken, and would pair nicely with food. Will I order it and drink it when Iím out? Absolutely.

this beer is utterly amazing. it really just centers me. all is well in life when i enjoy the cool refreshing taste that goes down clear as water. it is at its peek when at about 27 degrees.

Very balanced taste. Ice Cold it tasted best. Drank it at an Apero. I did not expect to get such a good light beer from Heineken. However, great alternative to Wine :) Beery Greetings, Hans

UPDATED: DEC 22, 2008 Pours pale clear, like water and Pearl light, with just a tint of yellow. Head is pure white, 2.5 inches and goes to nothing in 5 minutes. Aroma of good, lightly skunky, undrground, earthen malt and hops. Taste is light, brisk, crisp, lightly sweet, and hoopy. Good clean hoppy finish. A damn good light interpretation of the original... something I can,t say for any other regular/light combination Iíve had. But noticeabley weaker and more watery. You know what you could do? Instead of drinking 4 light beers, just drink 2 real ones.

Bottle at Windsor Raceway, smelled like Becks, kind of a citrusy/corny scent. Drank it from the bottle, so Iím unsure of the head/colour, but it was pretty smooth going down, little bit of a grassy taste to it. Not bad, worth trying once.

One of the light beers thatís totally drinkable. Goes down smooth and doesnít taste watery. Its better to pour in drinking glass.

Picked up a carton of these golds for $20 out the door. Not fucken bad for 384 ounces of piss. Sixteen ounce can af. Poors yellow af. Carbed. Cold. Actually a nice mild hop aroma in this one. Itís pretty dang dry for a light brew as compared to other American loggers. Itís clean too. Very light in flavour, almost sparkling water ish w/a bit of nice grassy hops. Extremely light body makes this can world class for chugs.
