[bottle from anywhere] pours yellow and fizzy. nose is almost non existent a little hops, thin body, nasty. ruggedman (647) - Portland, Maine, USA - JUN 24, 2005
Smells like skunk. Looks light yellow and fizzy. Tastes like skunk with a little beer thrown in. It’s crisp which is about all it’s got going for it. I’ll never understand why this stuff is so popular. Sregnar35 (1033) - Rotterdam, New York, USA - JUN 24, 2005
I have never enjoyed this beer at all. It also seems to be skunked out, and watered down. houston84 (11) - Houston, Texas, USA - JUN 23, 2005
So overrated it gives overrated a bad name. Smells bad, taste is terrible, looks normal which seems to sucker some people to drink it.Anyone who drinks 2 has no taste buds. Any TV commercial(s) that try as hard as Heineken to be "about the Beer" tell it all. telepork (84) - USA - JUN 21, 2005
Nice aroma and bitterness. Pale yellow with fizzy, light head. a little watery, but good bite and malted taste. Not heavy or low on crispness like Rolling Rock.

UPDATED: NOV 18, 2006 Very overrated. Often skunked due to green bottle. Not a very good beer even if not skunked. Can get a good microbrew cheaper. JayBaxter (406) - Greater Manchester, Greater Manchester, ENGLAND - JUN 19, 2005
Pretty standard lager, the sort you down in the pub without thinking. Like many others of the shop bought tackle. MikeT (76) - Hollis, New Hampshire, USA - JUN 8, 2005
Aroma is slight malt the pour is pale yellow with a nice head. Taste very much like any macro American pale lager with just a bit more flavor & bitterness. BeerloverEJ21 (131) - Georgia, USA - JUN 7, 2005
Alright, but not great. Kind of sour, wrong mix of hops. It’s drinkable, but only if I run out of beer. Not my first choice. waeltzy (53) - Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA - JUN 7, 2005
Standard lager. I don’t need to write a book about this one. I am happy to find others taste and smell skunk. I sure did. I always do with Heineken.
