COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A fresh, thirst-quenching ale that tastes light and slightly tart on its own, or try it with an orange slice. The clean finish pairs well with Key Lime Pie.

On tap plus growler purchase. Yellow color with a creamy white head. Smell is pretty standard with cloves, citrus, and banana. Taste is very smooth and easy to drink. More malty than most hefes are. This was a pretty good beer.

Appearance: A yellow-hued body, good clarity, underneath a bubbly, white head. Smell: Aroma of wheat malt, fresh grains, and bitty notes of citrus and spice. Taste: A taste of malted wheat with a backing of raw grain. Modestly sweet. A light touch of lemon, some slight herbal tones, and a low spiciness. Lightly bitter. Also a hint of grain astringency. Drying finish. Mouthfeel: Light-bodied. Medium-plus carbonation. Overall: A decent, mediocre hefe.

Tap. Golden amber color, thin white head. Bready flavor. Sharp with a hearty earthy bitterness. A touch of nutty flavors and a hint of metal. Aroma is of fresh baked bread and the slightest aroma of those freshly toasted nuts at the fair/flea market. Very familiar. Paired very well with the spicy BBQ sauce at the Dillsboro Smokehouse.

Not one of my favorites of Dieters. Looks pretty good, but me not being a big fan of wheat beer I didnt really like it to much. Still not bad though.

Growler, poured from the brewer himself. Pours a clear golden light amber. Light thin head. Aroma of wheat. Decent wheat beer. I like this it is very well balance, crisp and drinkable. Thaks Dieter.

Sampled at Brewgrass in Asheville. It was so hot at the festival I drank this like gatorade. Poured a light copper color with a large foamy head. Hints of sweet wheat, candied sugar, spice. Finished thin and sweet on the palate. Carbonation was perfect for the heat.
