50cl bottle from the brewpub. Pours clear golden colour with a mid-sized most good lasting white head. aroma of floral bitter hops, pale malt. Taste of spicy bitter hops, a bit floral, some grains, interesting!

Many thanks for this beer to Beerhunter111. Pours a golden color. The taste is a thin light malty body with a crisp and light hoppy note on the palate.

UPDATED: OCT 18, 2014 My Bottom Line:
Lightly toasted biscuity pils malts support talkative herbal hops in this fluffy, engaging Pilsener.

Further Personal Perceptions:
-A tower of foam graces the misty blond. This one looks as good when poured properly from the bottle as it can when they pour their other beers from the tap.
-Bitterness balances out the finish.
-This is not the driest of Pilseners, but then again every ingredient is expressed wonderfully in an airy feel. Hard to fault a beer like that!
-Drinkability is obviously sky high.
-This doesn’t taste like your classic German Pils at all. Malts are toastier and hops are more subdued. More of a styleless countryside brew. Reminds of some Lithuanian Sviesus, as a matter of fact.

Bottle at the brewpub and back home.

Bottled, from Landbierparadies, Nuremberg. Clear golden, coarse firm bread. Aroma of crisp rye bread and spicy hops. Dry with ligjt body and firm, near crisp mouthfeel. Slightly spritzy with plenty of rye bread and lots of spicy hops. Long bitter finish. Refreshing!

Erzengel (9348) - Wuppertal, GERMANY - JAN 2, 2014

Bottle from Frankische Botschaft. Pours clear light golden with a moderate sized white head. Aroma of spicy hops. Taste is fizzy and fresh, lots of carbonation, makes me think of a champagne , pearling in my mouth. Short light malty and grassy hops in the end.

Maria (10211) - Thisted, DENMARK - JUL 11, 2011
UPDATED: JUL 12, 2011 It’s golden with a creamy, white head, and the aroma has notes of malt, bread, flower, light butterscotch and straw. The flavour has a light sweetness and the same pleasant notes as the aroma, and the finish is slightly dry with a touch of fresh-baked bread.

Koelschtrinker (21318) - K?ln (Cologne), GERMANY - JUN 13, 2011
Test vom 11.10.2005, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 5,4,10,6,9,5 - 5,95
