Des céréales grassouillettes sur lesquelles le brasseur aurait étendu un beurre de noisettes fraiches. Des notes de vanille et de poivre s’amourache de la rondeur céréalière et forment un union gustative unique. Un moment de pure illumination pour moi. Lightly toasted biscuity pils malts support talkative herbal hops in this fluffy, engaging Pilsener.
Further Personal Perceptions:
-A tower of foam graces the misty blond. This one looks as good when poured properly from the bottle as it can when they pour their other beers from the tap.
-Bitterness balances out the finish.
-This is not the driest of Pilseners, but then again every ingredient is expressed wonderfully in an airy feel. Hard to fault a beer like that!
-Drinkability is obviously sky high.
-This doesn’t taste like your classic German Pils at all. Malts are toastier and hops are more subdued. More of a styleless countryside brew. Reminds of some Lithuanian Sviesus, as a matter of fact.
Bottle at the brewpub and back home.
Draught at the brewpub. Clear dark golden colour. Big stable creamy white head. The flavour is much like a Helles. Malty and yeasty with low bitterness. And it is a nice Helles at that. omhper (25805) - Tyresö, SWEDEN - JUL 24, 2014
Bottled, from Landbierparadies, Nuremberg. Clear golden, coarse firm bread. Aroma of crisp rye bread and spicy hops. Dry with ligjt body and firm, near crisp mouthfeel. Slightly spritzy with plenty of rye bread and lots of spicy hops. Long bitter finish. Refreshing! Papsoe (25055) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - APR 9, 2010

UPDATED: JUL 12, 2011 It’s golden with a creamy, white head, and the aroma has notes of malt, bread, flower, light butterscotch and straw. The flavour has a light sweetness and the same pleasant notes as the aroma, and the finish is slightly dry with a touch of fresh-baked bread. Clear golden with a tiny off white head. Sweet aroma with butter, malt, caramel and grassy hops. Sweet flavour with grassy hops, butter, diacetyl and malty notes. Finished dry and bitter. Beerhunter111 (22958) - P´Castle, GERMANY - FEB 3, 2016
50cl bottle from the brewpub. Pours clear golden colour with a mid-sized most good lasting white head. aroma of floral bitter hops, pale malt. Taste of spicy bitter hops, a bit floral, some grains, interesting! Mariusz (12111) - Baden-Baden, GERMANY - JAN 31, 2016
Many thanks for this beer to Beerhunter111. Pours a golden color. The taste is a thin light malty body with a crisp and light hoppy note on the palate. Ritzn (1890) - GERMANY - NOV 28, 2017
Clear golden. Aroma is typical franconian gummy bears. A bit shy. Some grass and malty bonbon as well and butter. Taste is very mineralic. Almost no body. Buttery finish. Drinkable. Quite nice actually.
