33 cL bottle. pours hazy orange to yellow with a lacing white head. Aroma is light fruity, light spiced. Mild brett-ish note. Flavour is light spiced, mild brett acidic and with a dry malt flavour. Ends slight woody dry, reminds me a bit about oxidisation without being bad. Ungstrup (38152) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - JAN 14, 2004
The aroma is sweet yeasty, acidic, and corriander. Unclear light yellow with a small fast disappearing head. The flavor is wheaty, corriander, and yeasty with a dry end. A nice beer. oh6gdx (26488) - Vasa, FINLAND - JAN 15, 2007
Bottled. Hazy yellow colour, small white head. Aroma is honey and spices with lots of earthy notes. Flavour is wheat, yeast, fruits, alcohol, hops and slight caramel. Tripel meets witbier or something like that. Quite nice! Travlr (25556) - Charlotte, North Carolina, USA - JAN 7, 2010
Slightly hazy straw colored with a small white head that settles very quickly and leaves little lacing.
Aroma of grass and apples, with some sour notes present. Maybe black pepper and a bit of citrus.
Malts dominate the taste, with some sour apple.
Reasonable body, but not great.
Middle of the road in this brewer’s range.

Bottled at Monk’s Café, Stockholm. Cloudy golden, rich lively head. Lightly lactic nose. Dry, light and creamy. Fresh and milky with a touch of cherry, some honey and gooseberry. Almost no bitterness. A mild, quenching light Belgian ale. Papsoe (25060) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - JUL 8, 2005
(Bottle 33 cl) Unclear, pale honey coloured with an almost whisky like aroma. But the hops overpowers everything else - this is really a bitter beer, too bitter for it’s rather light body. 110798 fiulijn (20992) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - AUG 8, 2002

Cloudy blond color; creamy head. Smooth, quite malty, but still a bit dry (Triple-like). Fully enjoyable, not complex.
Hazy blond hale, big head. Quite strong dry hop aroma, dry, a bit sour. Dry, sour taste, pretty aggressive. Similar palate, maybe too bitter.
Bottle. Golden with thick white head. Not a huge aroma, some yeast and hop. Slightly too carbonated in the mouth. Some lemon and a bit of cream flavours in mouth. Finish has some tingly hop. OK, but I didn’t pick up a lot of aroma or flavour on this.
