COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

500ml Bottle. Appearance is hazy, golden-yellow color with thick, off-white head. Aroma is wheat, light citrus, fruit, and a slight old show smell. Taste is very light and subtle with a bright citrusy or fruity flavor on the front end moving into strong wheat and grain notes. Palate is light- to medium-bodied, slick texture, average carbonation, and a slightly tart finish. A somewhat different take on Kölsch (being unfiltered) which, for the most part, pulls it off.

500ml bottle (One Pint Pub, Helsinki)
Pale murky yellow, only saved from 2 by the haziness. Light fruity aroma, sweet light grains too. Sharp carbonation, watery body. Simple light grain taste, some very subtle bitter hops. Finish quite plain, but a little dry and grainy. Delicate, and no stunner.

CaptainCougar (7133) - Columbia, Maryland, USA - APR 2, 2010
On tap at Hellers (9/1/09): Pours a cloudy pale golden with a frothy well-lacing white head. Aroma of lightly sweet pale malt with a touch of light fruity esters. Starts with good fullness and light malty sweetness with a touch of biscuity character and mild grassy bittering hoppiness before a slightly drier yet full finish. Not as much of a session beer as a filtered Kölsch, but quite flavorful.
