Handpull cask at the Maypole, Cambridge. Light golden, clear with a foam of white head. Gooseberry aroma with a touch of elderflower, biscuit and buttercream. Fresh taste, bittersweet and zesty but held back by a strong malt character. Lemon rind on the bitter finish and aftertaste. It’s not quite balanced but not terribly messy either. Reasonable enough and certainly okay for a half. cjennings1987 (47) - harwich, Essex, ENGLAND - APR 30, 2016
Not very enjoyable. Nice light brown appearance with no aroma to speak of. Taste is the problem with a sharp citrus taste which leaves a nay aftertaste rather like bile madmitch76 (25568) - , Essex, ENGLAND - JUN 12, 2015

Hazy orange beer, tidy off white head. Palate is light and dry with modest minerally carbonation. Dry floralness with a vague soapy tone - nothing too serious. A little dry malt sweetness. Tangy orange. Pretty dry finish. Slightly messy but passable.
Bottle at Craig’s. Pours golden amber, nose is light fruit, taste is bitter, dry musty toffee, thin. Grumbo (3974) - Ipswich, Suffolk, ENGLAND - FEB 1, 2015
Bottle bought from a brewer event at Memorable Cheese & More, Ipswich. Pours a hazy amber colour with an average sized off-white head. Aroma of floral hops, slightly bitter, with grain. Has a dry, bitter, hoppiness to finish, average carbonation, Body quite light but befitting its strength.

Taste is medium bitter and lightly sweet with notes of toffee, biscuit, grass and citrus. Finishes lightly dry and bitter. Light bodied with soft carbonation. Overall, ok bitter Idiosynkrasie (7967) - Bielefeld, GERMANY - FEB 13, 2014
330ml bottle. Clear, orangey golden colour with average to huge, frothy, fairly lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Fruity, bitter hoppy aroma, notes of gooseberry, a touch of apricot and mirabelle. Taste is bitter hoppy slightly fruity, hints of gooseberry, a touch of apricot, slightly strawy background. Nice and fairly aromatic considering its low abv. thewolf (12801) - Kolding, DENMARK - DEC 26, 2013

Hazy amber golden colour with a small to average sized off-white head.
Herbal and floral hops, mild bitterness and grainy maltiness in a dry aroma.
The flavour is rather bitter hoppy... Grainy malt, pine and grapefruity hops and moderate bitterness. Just a little bit watery. But still very nice for a 3.5% brew.
330ml bottle. pours a slightly hazy orange. aroma is quite malty and a bit sweet. taste isn’t as good as the aroma. skunky and wet straw. yeast, dough.
