On tap at Staromeštianska pivotéka. Ginger ride! Head goes quickly off. But it’s All-round ginger. Fun!

Bottle, courtesy of EuroSanta Cuso. Pours cloudy orange-y amber. Aroma is strong spices, syrup, medicinal, but also gingerbread indeed. Mouth is surprisingly light, with an almost watery palate, but it works really well. Impressive for the ABV, definitely feels like more. Nice.

Appearance: Clear amber-red color. Minimal, white head.
Taste: Medium sweet, gingerbread.

Tap at Sessler. Very well balanced, with medium-full body and moderate carbonation, assertive spiciness mixed well with hineyish maltiness. Hops in the background, unobtrusive. Easy drinking. Very good.

Cuso (8960) - Bratislava, SLOVAK REPUBLIC - NOV 28, 2016
Tap at Zil Verne. Amber color with medium off-white. Aroma of ginger bread, caramel. Taste, gingerbread, caramel malt, light fruitiness in background, perhaps figs(?). Tasty.

On tap. Amber color, clear liquid, white head. I think, this was supposed to be brewed as pumpkin ale. Pumpkin as a source material for beer doesn’t make any sense but it is an excuse to use weird spices as cinnamon and clove... And this is the case, spices are well present, but not balanced with sweetness and/or something else. Acceptable, but not good.

on tap at Pivny Raj. Amber color with medium white head. Aroma: cinnamon, anise, clove, bread, malt. Taste: slightly sour, mix of spice, bread, malt. Light to medium body, soft carbonation. Interesting drinking.
