On tap at Capones, pours hazy copper with medium white head, nice lacing patterns. Aromas are very nice citrus hops, rye, honey, and heavy pineapple fruit. Taste is more bitter hoppy, and sugary. Notes of wood, pine, and spicy hop. Very bitter palate but still a nice ipa. 3.6 Nate (4279) - Indiana, Pennsylvania, USA - MAR 2, 2013
On tap at Mad Mex (North Hills). Great fresh hop aroma, sweet and grassy with apricot and pear. Some pine and herb notes, too. Hazy medium amber with thin white lacing head. Medium body with medium to heavy carbonation. Starts nice and sweet with apricot and pear notes. Light brown sugar and caramel, too. Sweet bitter finish with nice lasting bitter after that’s not too harsh. mikem409 (2027) - bloomfield, Michigan, USA - FEB 25, 2013

I had this on top at this year’s Steel City Big Pour festival in Pittsburgh. This beer has a fantastic caramel, amber color with a nice thick head. The nose is sweet and sticky, with a very strong, punchy West Coast hop aroma. Flavors of honey, pineapple, and mango with a well-integrated caramely malt backbone help balance out this extremely well crafted double IPA - awesome jmikolich (1477) - North Ridgeville, Ohio, USA - OCT 8, 2012
FH IPA Fest 2012, Wow. was amazed at this one, only downfall is the slightly astringent bitterness, but this is one easy drinking double IPA, really good..smell is bright and hoppy, well carbonated and drinks great.

UPDATED: MAR 13, 2017 This is a great dipa. ihope they can keep this up. Had this on tap at Dive Bar and at Fuel and fuddle. Light cloudy lemon color, huge hops and frabgrance with a clean crisp bitter finish.
Finally again on tap near me. Color more like ginger ale, not so cloudy, but same great taste, with plenty of backbone. Beerman6686 (6607) - Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA - APR 30, 2012
This poured a very hazy darker yellow to orange color with a small white head. Aroma was lots and lots of fruit and pine and not much else. pretty inviting. Flavor was much the same, medium to strong bitterness, with tons of fruity and piney hop flavor to back it up. Great DIPA. cheap (5911) - Beaver Valley, Beaver County, Pennsylvania, USA - APR 27, 2012
Had this at the bcktown monaca, a really nice place, especially in the afternoon. Cloudy hazy bubbly looking thing that is the color of vanilla yellah. Very attractive fer sure. Initially the buds tell me it is fruity and hoppy and the olfactory is perfumy aroma, very overwhelming. Hoppy bitter experince is awaiting the taster let me tell you, wew. Lubricating oily palate. This brew is evolving; nice fruity flavor then big green hoppy chewing on grapefruit rinds: enjoy! Impressive example of the style, rrrrrrrrr. Like IPA? Ignore these numbers.
