Nice IPA on tap at Bocktown Robinson. Aroma was bitter and good. Pine and resin with a earthy tone. Pour was a nice medium gold with a one finger off white head. Taste was like the aroma. The pine and bitterness were there and after the swallow a sweet malty finish came out. Mild carbonation. Wasn’t bad but a little too sweet.

Drinking this on CASK at Khyber Pass. Billed as 7.1% . Hazy orange amber pour with a solid white head. Lots of dry citrus pith. Mildly malty caramels. Strong pepper finish.

The beer poured great with a nice golden straw/orangish hue to it, a nice white head and great lacing on the glass. The beer smells average with a definite piney scent but not much else going on. The taste is great with a strong piney hoppiness and a mild malty and floral taste on the back end. The mouthfeel is decent as the beer is well carbonated, medium bodied, and leaves dry and burnt out. Overall, a decent IPA from a new brewer but is over hopped and offers not much else. (I know it is an IPA, but offer soemthing else with it)

Amber bordering on copper, clear, with a frothy just off white foam . The aroma is citrusy, grapefruit, some light toast, sweet malt, toffee and caramel. The taste is again sweet malts, candy, but dominated by fruity, citrusy, grapefruit hop flavor. Not a hugely bitter finish which is fine by me. This is a fantastic IPA. Will definitely be on the lookout for more from these guys. Pint on draft at Fat Head’s and dare I say, it was better than the Troegs/Fat Head’s IPA collaboration I had on the same night. As good as any of Fat Head’s IPAs which I think is saying quite a bit.
