A reddish copper ale with a thin lacing off white head. In aroma, sweet fruity caramel malt with light candy sugar, light curacao, light pepper notes, very nice and Belgian. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity caramel malt with pine needles, juniper, light curacao, very nice and smooth. On tap at L’autre oeil.

on tap l’autre oeil, aylmer. hazy copper-orange pour with a small white cap offering some retention and lacing. fruity amberish caramel, cherries, belgian spices and herbs - thyme; lots of pepper, but not necessarily overwhelming, tobacco, spicy rum woodsiness, fruity and peppery belgian yeast, minerals. moderate carbonation, light body - oily; semi-sweet woodsy-spicy-peppery finish. decently dosed pepper - in a bland spicy amber malt base. blah.
