COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A dark beer with notes of smoke and tar (compare to smoked whiskey). The beer is known as "Rauchbier" in Germany. Perfect to the sausage and the ham after the fishing nets has been put out. Is gaining on being aged in it's barrel.

@ Akkurat 16-8-18: ett ok men snällt rököl. Små toner av skinka och lena toner av torv och rök. Helt ok.

Backlog I love a good rauchbier! This wasn’t great, but it’s decent. If I recall correct this was a little too sweet for my taste.

Flaska från SB. Rubinbrun färg med fingertjockt skum. Dofter av rökta korvar och säd. Lite asfalt i smaken som snabbt försvinner. Lite väl tunn munkänsla. Inte så pjåkig.

courtesy of Per - cloudy very dark brown beer under a solid creamy beige foam; aroma of smoked meat and licorice; clean palate and medium-bodied; shyly bitter and with a pretty long earthy and smokey finish - nicely balanced

Cask (Bishops Arms Bellmansgatan, Stockholm) (6-:4:6-:3:12+=3.1+)
Pleasant soft smokiness. Fairly watery palate. Super high drinkability. Nice dark lager - smoke is a very pleasant component, but very subtle. Not too sweet, unlike some smoky dark lagers. A slamming session beer.
