Shining brown pour with big creamy tan head. Nose is a little earthy, roasty and sulpherous? Beer is Dry throughout. Hints of Chocolate, earthy hops and toasty malts. Watery body. Nice texture. Easy drinking and tasty. 4.9 ABV

On tap at Perdition Smokehouse in Berkeley. It pours black with a small tan head. The aroma is pleasant with coffee, burnt toast and some light nuttiness. The flavor is super dry and heavily roasted with more coffee, burnt toast and light acidity. No brine detected. A nice stout otherwise.

Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, oyster - sea water, roasted. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20140517]
