Cask at the Henley Brew House. Sampled on Burns Night! Pale chestnut with very thin beige head; the aroma has peat smoke, malt, and whisky; the taste is well balanced, with sweetness from the honey and a rounded maltiness as well as definite traces of whisky; and the finish is lightly bitter, warming, and leaves a lingering caramel aftertaste. This is really rather good stuff.
