Henneys Dry Cider is our best selling cider. Smooth, light and refreshing.
Sweet, appley aroma. Palate has a delicious bittersweet apple character with some spicy bite and a bit of a tannic grip. Very fruity and quite pure, with a nice savoury twist.

Clear pale golden, very small white head. Nose is lots of apple peel, dry hints. Flavor is apples and apple peel, finishes with dryness and apple peel. Fizzy, but crisp. Not as dry I thought it would be, but pretty nice still.

Bottle from Redmonds. Clear gold, apples, skins and some tannins on the nose. Pretty dry in flavour, with some sweet and sourness in the finish.

500ml 5% from Redmonds of Ranelagh. Aroma of ripe apples. Nice golden colour with constant effervescent. Taste is of fresh apples with light body, low carbonation, soft sweetness and a lasting mouth dryness. Overall a good cider with a subtle sweetness and soft dryness. A good sessionable cider.

A golden orange coloured cider with a mild effervescence. A musty, sour apple aroma. Dry mouthfeel. The taste mirrors the aroma with a musty but sharp apple fruit flavour. The finish is extra dry and appley. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

50cl bottle from Tesco’s, Camberley. Golden amber, quite a fizzy pour, with a shortlasting white froth and moderate carbonation; fresh apple aroma, with traces of vanilla and oak; smooth with a floral taste to start, but immediately developing a dry oaky body, with perhaps a touch of honey to soften it. A pleasant, easy drinking, but very dry, cider.

(bottle) clear golden colour with a frothy white head. aroma of heavy custard and apple pie, almost buttery, with some hints of olives, earth and toffee. flavour is mostly apple juice and yeast, with some more olives, a hint of cherry stones and a slightly tannic semi-dry finish. medium-bodied with average carbonation.

Bottle, shared by me... in my dining room... just now.
Pours a clear golden color with a champagne like big rise and fall head. There are lots of tiny bubbles rising in the glass with an occasional big couple of bubbles.

The aroma is certainly "appley" but has quite a bit of wet limestone basement character along with some mineral water.

The flavor is indeed basically dry. It’s got a good big of apple rind and bitter apple flesh. There is maybe just a touch of honey in there. It’s got a light minerallity a characteristic that is far more defined in the aroma than the flavor of this cider.

really enjoyable.

allmyvinyl (11414) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - AUG 23, 2014
500ml bottle from Tesco. Pours clear yellow gold, no head. Aromas are old cider and sweaty socks. Taste is indistinguishable from any other mass market cider. Bit Strongbow-y actually. Kinda dry at the end. Not my thing. Not sure why I bought it really. Oh yeah, the rate. Bit sad that.

McTapps (7003) - Reutlingen, GERMANY - AUG 4, 2014
Bottle from Tesco in Eastbourne. Pours out in a clear deep golden colour with medium body. Aroma of ripe apples and caramel. Taste of ripe apples, caramel, honey, ripe green apples and flowers. Dry finish. Refreshing and easy to drink - not a bad one.

MichaelAwesome (6560) - Wanne-Eickel, GERMANY - AUG 4, 2014
Bottle from Tesco, Eastbourne shared with McTapps. it offers a fine nose of apples, vanilla and sweets. Taste contains some flowers, more than ripe apples and some lemons. Sweetish start transforming into a really crispy and dry end. Enjoyed that one a lot due to its eomplexity and hidden sweetness.
