Henneys Dry Cider is our best selling cider. Smooth, light and refreshing.
Sweet, appley aroma. Palate has a delicious bittersweet apple character with some spicy bite and a bit of a tannic grip. Very fruity and quite pure, with a nice savoury twist.

A proper cider. Apple flavour is strong throughout and is refreshing. I can imagine 10 bottles of these bad boys would give a cracking headache though. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle that my wife gave me - cheers! Clear deep golden yellow with quite a strong fizz. Semi-sweet up front with bramley apple skins, a touch of marzipan, and some tangy fruitiness. A touch of wood and chilli emerge before a slightly drier finish - although I'd still say it's medium rather than dry. Clean but full-flavoured and dangerously drinkable, this is a rather good cider.

Bottle at home picked up from Sainsbury's. A bright golden coloured pour with a fading white fizz. Aroma is sweet, tangy apple with nice floral notes, honey, honeysuckle. Flavour is composed of crisp, semi sweet apple, light tangy, clean. Light woody notes palate is semi crisp, highish carbonation. Finish is dry. Not bad.

Bottle from Beers of Europe. Appearance - deep golden with no head. Steady bubbles. Nose - sour apples. Apple skins. Taste - tart apple. Woody tannins. Palate - close to medium bodied with a tangy texture and a long dry tangy finish. Overall - good palate.

Bottle. Clear yellow body, no head, fizzy. Aroma of tart apples and vinegar. Taste of green apples, vanilla and some woodsy notes. Ok.

Bottle, 500ml. *** Colour: Bright yellow golden. No head. *** Nose: Green apples, vinegar, mild tannins. *** Mouthfeel: Light to medium body. Moderate carbonation. *** Taste: Green apples, apple peel, dry and mildly sour at the start. Stronger tannins in the middle, with some more sweet apple notes. Finish is dry and moderately sour again, aftertaste of lemon and apple peel, lasting. *** Impressions: Clean dry cider with enough apple-y notes. Only in the middle there’s a little fruity sweetness. Easy drinking, but not flat. Appealing and refreshing.

ManVsBeer (11959) - Hebden Bridge, West Yorkshire, ENGLAND - SEP 3, 2016
Bottle from Sainsbury’s, Keighley. Clear golden coloured. Dry in the palate, with this dryness lingering, but there’s a fair apple flavour here too. It’s sweeter with its fruit in its nose.

RafeAU (628) - Los Angeles, California, USA - AUG 21, 2015
Canberra brewers club BJCP tastings. Yellow, bubbly, malic acid aroma. Dry finish - lots of tannin, high astringency. Pretty good.

VamboladeTolly (2194) - Tartu, ESTONIA - MAY 28, 2015
Bottle. Pours golden with minimum white head, dissapears in a moment. Aroma is dry and sourish, apple, vinegar. Taste is really dry, sharply cutting sourish, aplles. Good cider in a hot day.
