Nice clear amber copper color, takes on different tones in different light like some pinkishness, and some more gold tones. Solid head, gone soon, leaving a little froth and slight lacing.
Aroma is a bit offensively metallic with slight malt notes, light yeast notes.
Mouthfeel is of slickish light medium smooth, taste just kind of like a mildy roasty lager, thin in taste, with a diet like or light beer taste with it,mineral/metallic. Somewhat of a rough bitter and bad aftertaste. Bad finish. Ok amber but not that great tasting. Not shure if its worth finishing when I could try something better, might just dump the rest. Its pretty though. rumproasts (6052) - Grand Rapids, Michigan, USA - SEP 28, 2012
bottle. amber with small head. perfectly bland. watered down malt. inoffensive but nonetheless crappy. milewide (2332) - Grand Rapids, Michigan, USA - SEP 23, 2012
Clear amber color with almost no aroma. Medium head. Average body. Strength is fine balance of malt sweetness and hop bitterness in flavor. MarkSachon (1062) - Pennsylvania, USA - SEP 21, 2012
12 oz bottle from a case that my wife bought. She knows to never buy this product again. That’s about all I can say without being too harsh on this one. nearbeer (5671) - Knoxville, Tennessee, USA - SEP 20, 2012
12 oz. Clear shiny copper with a lasting quarter inch of foam. Nose is a bit off-putting with caramel tainted by wet, dirty leaf and stale old grain. Taste is slightly better with caramel and dirty tea leaf, and less stale grain. Light-medium body is fairly smooth with carbonation and balanced so as to be easy drinking, but why would you want to?

Pours a crystal clear light copper with a 2 finger, fluffy beige ehad the has somewhat poor retention. Aroma is toast, toffee, caramel, light wood and cereal notes, maybe a hint of earthy hops. Flavor is very toasty and a little nutty up front, then pretty buttery, some cereal, husky grain and earthy, planty and lightly medicinal hops. Palate is light bodied, a little slick on entry has a moderate strength, slightly sharp carbonation and dry, but still slick finish. Pretty underwhelming, but not terrible as far as Amber Ales go. bpar73 (1199) - Bellaire, Michigan, USA - SEP 13, 2012

Bottle. Poured a clear copper color with an average frothy white head that was mostly lasting and had good lacing. Good malt and earthy hop aroma. Medium body with smooth texture and soft carbonation. Moderate well balanced smooth flavor with a medium bittersweet finish of moderate duration. Good brew.
