COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Amber Ales are mostly an American invention. And with its beautiful copper color and subtle hop aroma, our Redwood Flats Amber is our traditional take on a modern American classic. Featuring a unique blend of American hops and malts, Redwood Flats Amber is bold and assertive, with a strongly hoppy flavor that’s easy to drink and even easier to love.

This is one of my least favorite amber ales. It is too sweet and doesn’t have the right appearance for me. Not hoppy enough. Good beer if you don’t have much money though.

A good bang for the buck. Nothing spectacular, but a solid flavor and aroma.

Hey, for a mass produced beer its smooth, full of flavor and has great color... its a great buy to keep the refrigs stocked.

A great buy. Nothing to write home about, but it tastes good and has a good finish to it.

Nothing special, as with a lot of Henry Weinhard products, but a decent easy drinking beer with little hop-flavor, but a good subtle malt.

smooth taste and finish with attractive price tag

Good beer, but not the best from this brewer. However, it is still probably cheaper than most other amber ales, as Weinhards usually runs pretty inexpensive.

It’s nothing special, but a good amber ale.
