Masquerading as craft beer on tap at 8th Street Ale House. Amber with a thin tan head. Aroma of caramel and floral hops. Taste is earthy and grainy with caramel and mild bitterness. Kinda ho-hum. dmac (6592) - Toms River, New Jersey, USA - DEC 19, 2012
Draft at Park East. How do the beers keep getting worse here?? Poured a good looking super clear copper with rising effervescence and a smaller mostly white slightly foamy head. Aroma is metallic, wet bread, some off citrus notes. Medium bodied with stronger astringent carbonation and a quick fading aftertaste. Flavor is just as bad as the body, really nothing going on other then some cereal grains and perhaps a touch of citrus rind that sat in rust briefly. This is not a good IPA. I give this a solid 3. It’s by no means an IPA. Don’t even begin to think it is. However, I can’t go as far as to say it tastes bad either. Heck I paid $1 a bottle for this stuff. Its certainly entirely inoffensive. It tastes more like a lager than an ale really. Really big grainy bread flavor up front with a light hop flavor on the back end. I’d choose this over just about anything in my local grocery stores limited selection. If you’re drinking on a budget you could be doing a heck of a lot worse. That’s for sure. mikemccarthy (94) - Huntington, West Virginia, USA - DEC 17, 2012
Pours a clear gold with a thin, white head that quickly fades. Aroma is subtly foral. Only slightly effervescent -- but not flat -- mouthfeel. Subtle, balanced taste -- not overly hoppy as the style might suggest. A little weak for an IPA, but not bad overall.

12oz bottle. Pours a coppery color with weak white head. Citrusy hop aroma along with a bit of caramel malt. Spicy hop flavor balanced by some malty sweetness. Light to medium bodied with a slightly bitter finish. Average. AmEricanbrew (7080) - Same Trailer, Different Park, Louisiana, USA - DEC 17, 2012
Brilliant dark gold cold with ivory head . Faint pine, floral, vegetal hop aromas. Mildly hoppy, lightly bitter pine, floral flavors on a grainy pale malt base brew--better than no ipa jimmie65 (330) - Texas, USA - DEC 16, 2012
Apricot pour with a thin head. Aroma is grapefruit and pine; typical IPA but a little softer. Nowhere near enough bite for an IPA. Thin. Flavors of malt, a little citrus and earthiness.
So-so. Nate (4296) - Indiana, Pennsylvania, USA - DEC 16, 2012
On tap at Ruby Tuesday. Decent hop aroma, no one type stands out though I imagine it’s Cascade. Not overly hoppy or sweet. Mild caramel and a bit of pale malt. Dull amber-orange clear with thin foamy off-white head. Medium body with medium carbonation. Carbonic gaseousness and acidity with dry hoppy character. Not overly anything, though not a bad tap IPA. Satisfying but not memorable. SHIG (4965) - Wasilla, Alaska, USA - DEC 16, 2012
Bottle: Poured a copper with white head. Aroma is metallic hops and grain. Taste was hops, grain, pinch of malt, and finish was metal.
