This cider, made from the juice of many traditional cider-apple varieties, has been fully fermented to dryness and matured in oak vats to develope a full-bodied fruity character. Strong but very dry, it has a lightness of touch matched by few other drinks.

Visual: Pours very light golden yellow with no head and no activity. Nose: lots of oak, tapple, tangy-acidity (6/10-pungency) Attack: sour/acidity, mild vinegar Mid-palate: super dry (0/10)-sweetness, light fizzy, tangy acidic (MAIN) oaked sour red/green apple, yeasty Finish: sour citrus, dry apple finish. Summary: A great companion with a meal with very clean flavours and finish. Not much in terms of complexity but good oaked apple aroma.

rikstar (2604) - NETHERLANDS - DEC 22, 2013
Clear yellow golden color without a head, big CO2 bubbles. Aroma some apple and dry white wine. Tastes like a sec champagne with some apple on the side, dry mouthfeel without a full aftertaste. Nice!

DruncanVeasey (8239) - NUNEATON, Warwickshire, ENGLAND - OCT 8, 2013
From offie. Pale green gold with a short-lived collar receding to a halo. Slight and rubbery with virtually non existent fruit. Aroma diluted white wine, rubber, almond sprinkled with icing sugar. Anticlimactic, non-sweet, non-dry, watery.

500ml bottle (Drink Shop, Tallinn)
Slightly watery gentle apple aroma, defnitely says "dry". A touch watery in the palate too. Extremely dry, but not in any way sour or bitey. Some apple skins. Some nice toffee in the finish. Pale and clear. Quite an easy drinker given how dry and crisp it is.

minutemat (5659) - Shropshire, ENGLAND - SEP 3, 2013
500ml bottle from Coed Y Dinas, Welshpool. Very disappointing, so thin and dry it seems to evaporate as soon as it enters your mouth. Not too much else going on, kind of tasteless. Surprising Westons put their name to this.

worldbeertaste (1804) - West Midlands, ENGLAND - AUG 21, 2013
Pale pal yellow with a fizzy, disappearing white head. Smells of sour apples, citrus, wood and apple skin. Medium thin body with soft carbonation. Tastes of acid sweetness apple with a super dry sour finish. So sour and dry that it kills almost all the sweetness. Leaves the mouth dry.

tommann (3801) - Dudley, West Midlands, ENGLAND - AUG 19, 2013
500ml bottle. Pours pale gold with a medium head. Aroma is woody tart apple. Taste is tart apples. Feels a bit cheap. Very dry finish.

Grzesiek79 (4314) - Radom, POLAND - MAY 17, 2013
Dobry i wytrawny cydr, z gozkimi nutami w tle. Cierpki smak jablek jest bardzo ok. Na lato wspaniale gasi pragnienie. Kolor zolto jasny z jablkowyo gozkim finiszem.

wlajwl (6873) - Quad Cities, Iowa, USA - MAR 24, 2012
Aroma is apples and a faint mustiness. The flavor is juicy apples, apple skin and a mild fruit flavor. Decent.

Dixonian (1562) - Plano, Texas, USA - FEB 8, 2012
Bottle thanks to bu11zeye. Pale yellow pour, sparse head. Muted apple and oak aromas - flavors of red apple, slightly tart and woody.
