COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Available cold filtered in 500ml bottles. Occasionally available in the cask.
"Iron Horse is a strong pale ale hand crafted at the beer station from a complex grist of roasted malts and English hops. This gives a full flavour with a traditional Sussex hoppy nose to the beer."

Bottle-pours a soft amber with a light, white head. Aroma was light caramel and no malts. The taste was a really soft fruit with a real light toffee flavor. Medium carbonation. A light but enjoyable pub ale. Produce place, 2.99.

Pours a very hazy, and very dark amber with a small off-white head. Some sticky lacing. Smell is earthy English malts, fruit, slightly citrusy. Taste is typical biscuity English malts, toffee. Hops are a pleasant, tea-like bitterness, not citrusy at all. Light to medium body, carbonation is mild. Nice finish, not too dry. Bitterness not strong, but lasts. Good ale.
