"Iron Horse is a strong pale ale hand crafted at the beer station from a complex grist of roasted malts and English hops. This gives a full flavour with a traditional Sussex hoppy nose to the beer."

Pours a very hazy, and very dark amber with a small off-white head. Some sticky lacing. Smell is earthy English malts, fruit, slightly citrusy. Taste is typical biscuity English malts, toffee. Hops are a pleasant, tea-like bitterness, not citrusy at all. Light to medium body, carbonation is mild. Nice finish, not too dry. Bitterness not strong, but lasts. Good ale.

Malty and quite strong aroma of bread, caramel, burnt sugar, and generic fruity notes. Moderate flavour of sweet caramel, bread, cereal, and generic fruits, and in the back I find burnt sugar, dark dried fruits and hints of metal. Light sweet and light to moderate bitter taste. Light and dry on the palate, moderate carbonation. Whatever.
