Bottle [500ml]. Purchased and drank while walking around Dover Castle, something I could never do back at home. Appearance: No idea as it was right out of the bottle. Aroma was hoppy along with caramel malt and some grain. Somewhat hoppy flavour, tastes like Goldings, with caramel malt in the back and a decent bitter finish. Pretty good, I don’t come across Pale Ales here very often so it’s a nice find. BlackHaddock (7329) - Shropshire, ENGLAND - JUN 21, 2017
500ml bottle: BBD 16th May 2018. Drank at home mid-day on 20th June 2017. I actually enjoyed this more than I expected to be honest. Decent white crown on my clear golden pour, looked good. Hoppy and tasty, nose was all about the hops with a light malty backdrop. Taste also hop centric and fairly bitter from start to finish, againa light maltiness in the back ground. More than decent.
