0.75 l bottle from Den Bierzolder. Hazy yellow with a thick white head. Spicy herbal aroma. A bit perfumey. Fruitiness and spicy flavours. Hints of dishwater and soap. Dry enough. Rather light-bodied. Experimental.

Vat (Draught) @ 15de BLES Bierhappening 2008, Zottegem, Belgium.
Clear medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, moderate to light heavy spicy - herby, rosemary, anisseed. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, and a dry finish. Refreshing. Body is light to medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Very high, white head, as whipped egg-white, with some lacey rings over veiled yellow-golden beer. Véry spicy-herbal indeed. Root spices, galanga root, fennel and dry ginger powder. Overly spicy in a first instant, with anniseed and fennel, then reverting to a dry, dry-spicy, medicinal flavour, and pancake dough. Medium bodied. OK, on hàs to like spices...
