COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Evil Cousin is Heretic’s take on a West coast imperial IPA. This beer is a bold, in-your-face hop monster. It has a light, easy drinking malt character that allows the hops to stand out. The hop character in this beer is intentionally on the dank side; big, sticky, and aggressive. This beer is for those of you who can’t get enough hops. Join us on the dank side.

Pours a cloudy golden color with some of the thickest head I've seen! Leaves an absurd amount of lacing. This has definitely peaked my interest. Aroma is of hops, citrus, pineapple, some grapefruit, and pine. This pretty much runs the entire spectrum of the hop scent. Has a heavier, carbonated palate. Flavor is of hops, citrus, pine, earthiness, grapefruit, bread, and crab apple. Leaves a hoppy citrus finish. Fantastic!

DraftDodger (1948) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - MAR 7, 2018
Copenhagen 7/3 2018. 65 cl bottle from Den Gamle Købmand. A very Evil and Devilish Cousin grinning at me from the label. Pours slightly hazy pale yellow with small white head. Settles as 0,5 cm thick dense layer of foam. Substantial lacing. Aroma is strong and acidic. Sharp citric Grape Fruit with something fermented and slightly decayed underneath. Caramel and exotic fruit providing light sweetness. Medium carbonation and medium thick texture. Flavor is medium sweet but soon overcome by a crate of Grape fruit bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and boozy. Finish is dry. I wish I had a Cousin like that in my Family.

Can. Small fizzy white head that mostly disappeared. Cloudy golden color. Aroma of citrus, fruit, gain. Over the palate came light bitter citrus fruit, light sweet malt. Medium body. Sweet and bitter flavor. Lingering bittersweet citrus flavor. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

UPDATED: MAR 2, 2018 A nice piney DIPA. Instead of being called Evil Cousin it should be called Evil One Night Stand because it's going down easy and will likely make me regret how I feel in the morning. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Cloudy and limited bubbles. Light gold oatmeal color. Sweet followed by tangy. Some creamy full mouth taste. Tangy lasting on edge of tongue. Little sharp initially but turns into very nice IPA. Enjoyable ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Palm Beach Gardens, Fl. -Total Wine & more - 12 oz can. Pours a slightly sparkling light golden. Light, sticky off-white head that clings to the edge of the glass. Aroma has some sweet doughy accents, some piney essence. Flavor is full-bodied with plenty of fresh hoppy grapefruity goodness with some maple syrup and passion fruit thrown in there for good measure. Sweet doughy accents in the back end with a hint of vanilla. Sticky thick mouthfeel. Very solid.
