Sampled from the tap at ABR 2016. Pours a clear gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a lot of straw, a touch of earthy grain and a slight sweetness. Flavor has a decent amount of biscuit with straw and grain supporting. jackl (8446) - Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA - SEP 18, 2016
Keg @ ABR 2016. Gold pour with a small white head. Nose is fairly neutral and not engaging. Gentle bread. A bit of pepper and grass. Similar flavor. Sweet bread with just a touch of grass. Flabby and a bit tired. Light body, soft carb. RobertDale (6906) - Lansing, Kansas, USA - NOV 4, 2010
Pint on tap at the brewpub. Clear gold with a nice white head. Aroma of floral hops, some fruit and malt. Flavor of toasted malt and hops. Nice balance. Nice beer. JK (6331) - St. Louis Park, Minnesota, USA - DEC 7, 2009
Just a hair more flavor and aroma than the kolsch. Very light hops in the flavor and aroma. For the style, there should be more yeast I think, but there is very little. Good palate, which is probably this beer’s best quality, which makes it very drinkable. kidmartinek (5007) - austin, Texas, USA - AUG 30, 2009
This bright yellow beer pours with a pure white head. Aroma of dirt and barn. Tastes like an old, dirty weiss/witbeir. Slightly sweet, with wheat malt, and sugar, and still fermenting. Texture is initially lively, but then subsiding. The beer finifhes fermentingly sweet and sour, abrubptly

Hoppy aroma. Golden coloured hoppy and smooth on the palate with a crisp and slightly bitter malt finish.
On tap at the brewpub on 05/31/2009. Clear golden body with a small frothy white head. Light fruity and floral hop aroma. Sweet floral hop flavor with some light pilsener malt. Medium light body with moderate carbonation. bu11zeye (13239) - Frisco (Dallas), Texas, USA - JAN 27, 2009
(Draught) Pours a golden body with a small off-white head. Aroma of grass, grain, and bread. Flavor of mild hops (grassy, light floral) and lightly toasted grain. badgerben (5341) - Blaine, Minnesota, USA - SEP 30, 2008
Autumn Brew Review 2008. First of TWO Kellerbiers at the fest. I love this place. Gold color with a large head. The aroma is like a hop vine of the Noble variety. Very dusty grain taste, finished off with ample Noble hop floralness. Lightly bitter finish. I can see why this has won medals in its category. Top notch! grimreeser (797) - Minnesota, USA - SEP 29, 2008
ABR 2008. Aroma is grain and some hoppiness as well. Sweet flavor, solid mouthfeel.
