Draft @ Brewpub: Copper, no head or lacing. Nose of ripe canal water and malt, light caramel, some diacetyl. Dry mouthfeel but a sweet flavor, odd. Not that good. RagallachMC (631) - Cleveland, Ohio, USA - APR 10, 2007
Draft at brewpub. Aroma: Lightly toasted malt with a note of almonds. Some light herbal hops. Appearance: Orange-brown in color and clear. Light khaki head was small and foamy with decent retention. Fair lacing. Flavor: Lightly toasted grainy malt, toasted nuts, light herbal and earthy hops. Medium-light bitterness. Finishes clean. Palate: Medium bodied. Medium carbonation. Overall: Nothing special, but drinkable. Went well with my dinner.
