COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Entdecken Sie Weizen in seiner mildesten Form ! !

It’s unclear golden with a huge, creamy head and the aroma has mild notes of banana, yeast and wheat. The flavor is sweet with mild notes of yeast, banana and wheat, and the finish is slightly dry and spicy.

Quack-Duck (9484) - Down South, GERMANY - FEB 2, 2012
bottle from the Bavraina Forest. Almost, clear, only slightly hazy yellow, large white head. Wheaty malty base with some fruity flavours, hints of banana and citrus fruit.

ganache (5905) - New Jersey, USA - OCT 11, 2011
Bottle by 29.02.12. Nose of heavy esters with yeast slime. Clearish golden body with a richly dense white head. Bittersweet taste is balanced, very crisp, aggressive medium body seems full and there’s almost some numbing when the wheat moves to coat the tongue. Refreshing and I like the bite. Doesn’t agree with the commercial description at all.

Draft @ Berlin Intl beerfest 2011.

Bottle. Orange, banana, clove, and wheat malt aroma - very nice. Cloudy golden yellow color with moderate head. Slightly sweet lemon/banana, and light wheat malt flavor. Pretty good but very light flavor.

It is a rather average Hefeweissbier. It is tasty to a point, but overall it leaves something to be desired, too clovey.

Bottle, courtesy of fonefan. It pours an unclear, golden-orange body and a decent off-white head. Lots of banana in the aroma, some lemon and cloves and a good dash of sugar. Sweet, banana flavor with some lemon and cloves. Medium body with appropriate carbonation. Quite lasting finish with mostly banana and sweetness. A decent weissbier. 110128

chmurarz (632) - Legnica POLAND, POLAND - FEB 23, 2011
Very nice looking, quite clear as for a regular hfe weizen. Stron white head. Body like light amber, aroma is definately yeast , very nice. taste is quite salty and yeasty, not much of wheat or caramell, nor banana. quite one-dimensional;, palate - body medium, texture like schattered puzzles, carbonation lively, finish not-bothering, overall ok
