A honey coloured semi transparent beer with a beautiful head. Great taste developement with a fruity bitterness culminating in an explosion of spring flowers. The palate is strong and bitter.
Definetely one of my best beers ever. Enjoy it alone or with any meal. Pernille (518) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - JUN 9, 2005
Talk about a thick, creamy head! This one’s got it. And what a great, flowery flavor with perfect bitterness. Great job. HenrikSoegaard (14101) - Randers, DENMARK - MAY 8, 2006

Muddy yellow without head. A wonderful aroma of vanilla and sweetness. Good body and a very nice spicy taste with citric undertones. A strong taste that leaves a trace for the next 2-3 beers :o) PapaVillum (943) - Valby, DENMARK - MAY 10, 2014
0,5 l, flaske, 8,0 % ABV, købt i Irma i Valby, 10. maj 2014.
Meget vellykket. Must have more!

UPDATED: APR 10, 2006 Cloudy golden/orange colour. Very refreshing and hoppy aroma - some fruity sweetness as well. Initial flavour is malty and finish is very hoppy and bitter. High carbonation. Definitely one of Herslevs best beers (so far). Rerate "spring 2006": "Forårsfryd" (Spring delight) would be a better name - maybe this gets better every year? Light cloudy orange color with nice and creamy light colored head. Fine aroma’s of citrus and oranges, also touches of soft spices, mango chutny, herbs and hops. Nice lively mouthfeel with and light oily consistencie. Again touches of peache, orange zest. cookies, bread- dough, cassonade sugar, some herbs and hops. afthertaste is fruity, sweet cookie like and ends with a nice hoppy bitterness.
It has a fine taste that lingers on and on and the alcohol is very well integrated. Thanks Jeppe for this nice brew. Linnet (1813) - Karlstad, SWEDEN - JUL 3, 2013
Bottle. Ar: yeasty, phenols, spices, fruity, floral, earthy, bubblegum, distinct maltbase and alcohol in the finish.
Ap: hazy golden colour, medium creamy white head, lacing.
F: very big bite for the style, lots of grapefruity floral hops, then Comes Belgian funky yeastiness and alcohol, big fat maltbase, straightforward, maybe not very sophisticated in its delivers, but I Like it!
P: big body, full mouthfeel, lively carbonation.
T: my first from Herslev and it did impress me.

Hazy golden colour with a huge but fast disappearing head.
Hoppy aroma with notes of malts and grass.
The flavour is dominated by hops with notes of malts, abricots and grass.
Nice and intensive bitter finish.
Interesting complex beer. ante (3373) - Stockholm, SWEDEN - APR 9, 2005
Cloudy deep golden colour with large fluffy white head. Sweet fruit aroma of apricots, peaches and honey with a delicate note of green hops in the background. Full fruity flavour of pine-apples, apricot and oranges. Drier finish of fresh hops. Very good!
