Papsoe (25056) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - AUG 24, 2005
(Bottle 50 cl) Very dark amber, very unclear - almost impure - almost without any head. Rather low carbonation. Malty nose. Sweetish, solid body with notes of honey firmly balanced by the hops. Lots of fruity notes. Appears fuller than what you would believe from the alcohol. 030605

TBone (18225) - Pori, FINLAND - AUG 18, 2005
Bottled (BB 09/2005)
Hazy ruby, good tanned head. Woody hoppy nose. Carbonated mouthfeel. Woody, hoppy, sweetish lollipop flavor. Mildly hoppy aftertaste. Kind of sweetened British-type ale.

jonas (8035) - Garching b. München, GERMANY - AUG 9, 2005
Sampled at the Copenhagen beerfestival 2005
Cloudy amber, low head. Grass, a bit roast. Ashen tatenotes, fruit and grass. Lightbodied, somewhat tinny mouthfeel.

Was delighted to discover this beer at Vinens Videns beer/wine shop in Odense. Lucky me, as this is a delectable ale with boatloads of flavor. A touch of pepper, along with cloves, some floral hops and lots and lots of unusual malt taste. Wow! It’s a helluvan ale with lots of floaty yeasty crud floating in the its opaque orange haze. Delicious.

Pernille (518) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - JUL 23, 2005
Very dry but with a sweet note from the honey. One of the best beers from Herslev.

LoveCaissa (873) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - JUL 14, 2005
Orange/brown colour with a very hazy appearance. Aroma with caramel and yeast. Fairly flat palate. Sweet and hoppy flavour ending a medium bitter finish. A little more than decent, but not at all spectacular.

NosirIwont (2591) - Husum, DENMARK - JUL 3, 2005
Bottle. Hazy copper coloured with a nice, off-white head. Smooth malty aroma with hop, fruit and licorice notes. Flavour is soft and malty and ends in a great, slightly bitter, licorice finish. More, please!

ante (3373) - Stockholm, SWEDEN - JUN 26, 2005
Amber colour with large tan coloured foam. Nuts, cocoa, and toffee in the aroma, hints of spices and diacetyl. Malty and nutty flavour, hints of dark toasted bread and dark chocolate. Nutty bitter aftertaste.

madsberg (11776) - Søborg, DENMARK - JUN 19, 2005
Bottled: Amber coloured. Unclear. Biege dense head. Cocoa, berries and fruit in the aroma. Flavour is honeyish, has light sour notes, yeast, light spices and grass. The taste reminds me a little of Svanekes beers. Is medium bodied. Ends on a sweet and fruity note.

Dalle (1145) - Skørping, DENMARK - JUN 11, 2005
Draught. Unclear amber colour. Malt, liqourice, ashes/chalky, earth, yeast. Thick mouthfeel. Nice one.
