DraftDodger (1734) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - OCT 17, 2017
Copenhagen 17/10 2017. 50 cl bottle from Irma. Red label saying "Rosehips" and something about local ingredients. I smell a New Nordic Story brewing. Pours hazy orangeish amber with off-white head. Settles as 0,5 cm thick layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Lacing on the side of the glass. Aroma is rather discreet. Herbal. A little sourish. Might be my imagination but I think I can smell the Rosehips in there. Soft carbonation and Medium thick palate. Flavor is sweet bordering on being sugary. Followed by light bitterness. Aftertaste is slightly bitter with a burnt quality. A bit too sweet to do it for me. But not too bad for a "Fruit Beer".

A bit borring. Difficult to taste the rosehips. Sweetness and very mild body.

rbesg 2015 grand tasting, bottled. amber with a modest head; some red berry and pie filling in the aroma; sweet and jammy without a whole lot else happening

Flaske, 50 cl. Flot rød farve og et boblende skum. Dufter nærmest lidt a la sprængt kalvetunge. Maltet, frugtig, hybennoter, ok bitterhed. Bedre end ventet

Först slå alkoholen igenom lite väl tydligt men man vänjer sig och sedan kommer en trevlig blommig och söt eftersmak och det är denna eftersmak som ge det lite högre betyget.

500 ml bottle. Thanks Timo A.

Pours a hazy amber copper colour with a white head. Aroma of strawberries, rosehip and malts. Flavour of toasted malts, strawberries, rosehip and almonds. Medium bodied, rough mouthfeel and a malty, berryish, grassy finish. Quite weird.

50 cl bottle @ Timo A.

Pours hazy orange color with minimal head. Aroma of stuffy ripe fruits, danish berries, some vegetable notes, malts and mild sweetish caramel. Flavor of caramel, malts, ripe fruits and mild berries. Stuffy and malty. A bit weird.
