(On tap) Clear, dark, amber golden with an off-white head. Lightly caramelish nose. Medium body with light notes of caramel and a lightly hoppy finish. Decent but not overly exciting. 110507 omhper (25135) - Tyresö, SWEDEN - MAY 14, 2007
Draught at Københavnske Øldage. Clear amber, brief head. Light brainy malt aroma. Fairly sweet with clean mouthfeel,l low hop rate and medium body. Some caramelly crystal malt flavour Finishes with low bitterness. A simple beer, certainly nowhere near a Maibock in style with it’s lack of malt depth. It has however some other interesting flavours, so it is not bad at all - more mislabelled. FrankJohansen (3622) - Sabro, DENMARK - MAY 14, 2007

Bottle at Frederikshavn øl- og vinfestival 07. OK hop aroma. Cloudy red/brown colour, small head. Fruity and hoppy flavour, citric with OK alcohol. Tastes more like a Maj-ale. Ungstrup (37625) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - APR 24, 2007
Draft. A deep red beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma is sweet malty and dominated by notes of berries. The flavor is sweet malty with strong notes of berries and caramel, but also light dusty hoppy notes, leading to a bitter end. It has a nice powerful body. Very German in its expression.
