3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
UPDATED: JAN 18, 2015 Mahagony brown-black with ruby read reflections as colour with a medium fading lightly tan frothy head. Noses of bread, caramel, sweet bit artificial chocolate faintly roasted/toasted with a mineral note. Light propelled by CO2 which supports a rather slick, lightly velvet texture. Soft on the lips. Full bodied porter, offering medium sweet faintly bitter tastes, being a bit chewy but all in a good balance. The finish is medium-long leaving a light bitter roast aftertaste on the palate.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Medium beige head. Clear deep dark brown body. Earthy roasty
candy aroma with fluffy sugary bubblegum notes. Sweet roasty
earthy coffee taste with fruity bubblegum notes. Mid-bodied.
Mild, slightly flat mouthfeel. Sweetish earthy roasty mealy
aftertaste with coffee and syrup notes. Nice, drinkable,
balanced. Perhaps a little bit boring, but OK. (0.5l bottle,
from Toft Vin, Copenhagen.)
