Copenhagen 3/11 2016. 50 cl bottle from Meny. According to the label this should be good to a chocolate cake. Pours opaque dark brown with light beige head. Settles as creamy crown of foam - several centimeters thick. Lacing on the side of the glass. Aroma is lightly sweet chocolate with nice bitter notes of coffee. Quite rich. Light carbonation and thick palate. Flavor is surprisingly light. Medium sweetness perfectly balanced by slightly more pronounced bitterness. Bitter aftertaste. Might actually work quite well with a chocolate cake - a good and heavy one.
