COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Fresh and wellbalanced flavour from barley and oakmalts and a fine aromatic touch of Amarillo Hops. Rich flavour with a good bitter finish. Drink solo as well as accompanied by food. The beer is unfiltered and unpasteurised.

Copenhagen 29/12 2016. 50 cl bottle from Irma. Viking ornaments on the label. Pours clear pale yellow with white head. Settles as thin layer of foam. No lacing. Aroma is moderately malty sweet, grassy with bitter notes. Medium carbonation and watery palate. Flavor is lightly sweet followed by a nice medium bitterness. Good pilsner - a good lunch companion.

Tap papiren. Pours hazy golden with a white head. Aroma of grains, hay, light bread, note if dicatyl. Taste is quite bitter herbal, grains and light citrus. Kinda harsh bitterness.

Organic version. Draught at Tap10, Cph. Slightly hazy golden colour with a thin, white head. Sweet aroma with grasses, fruits, hay and pale malts. Taste is light bitter. Medium body with a creamy texture and an average carbonation. Finishes dry and bitter with grasses and pale malts. Nice pilsner.

Gylden, lettere diset, Pilsener med hvidlig skumtop på 1-2 cm, som svinder til kant og overflade. Mild aroma af korn og brød. Smagen er delikat mere lækker end aftenens tidligere møde med mastodontens bud på denne øltype. Fin sødme overfor det bitre og en smag med flere nuancer end førnævnte bryg. Middel bitter med bedre og tydeligere humleprofil tilføjet en mindre sødme. Forholdsvis blød mundfølelse, men stadig frisk og let perlende. Karboneret på et middel niveau eller lige under sammenholdt med en olieret konsistens. Middel fyldig krop og en bitter afslutning.
