Fresh and wellbalanced flavour from barley and oakmalts and a fine aromatic touch of Amarillo Hops. Rich flavour with a good bitter finish. Drink solo as well as accompanied by food. The beer is unfiltered and unpasteurised.

Bottle Cloudy orange, impressive head buildup. Sweet yeasty peach notes, citric hops and a hint minerals. Well malted full to medium body, smooth sparkly mouthfeel. Peaches and grassy hops in the finish

Bottle, at No. 5. Golden, nice head, light unclear. Nice aroma and flavor, fine bitterness of hops. Really fine.

Nice and interesting Danish pilsener, quite unlike any other on the market. Hazy amber colour with a huge off-white head (high carbonation). The aroma is refreshing and acidic, but the flavour is surprisingly malty. Initially the finish seems a bit weak but in the end the hops kick in. All in all, a fine pilsener that could "easily" be mistaken for an ale.

Dark hazy golden color, light sweet aroma, yeasty taste, medium body, light dry bitter finish.

I think the one I got was bad. It was too sour, acetic. Yellow, mediun head. Perhaps an ok malt, but the sourness is too present.

Cloudy golden colour. Quite malty and a nice amount of hops in the finish. A quite good pilsener, probably the best Danish pilsener.

Bottle. Not really a pilsner in my eyes, looks more like a pale ale (smells a bit more like one aswell). Quite sweet maltyness, caramel, and even some brown sugar. Hops are earthy and salty. Orangey, citric edge, tasted a bit raw, like it was slightly incomplete. Not a pilsner, but OK.

UPDATED: MAR 7, 2005 Amber colour with fine white head. Rotten aroma with notes of grass and butter - obviously infected. Flowery flavour with notes of butter, OK bitterness. Without infection, it would be a nice beer, but I have tried it 3 times, and it has been infected all 3 times :(

The aroma is sweet with notes of honey. The color is a hazy orange and it has a small head. The flavor is sweet with notes of honey and malt - a nice flavor. A lovely pilsener.
