Fresh and wellbalanced flavour from barley and oakmalts and a fine aromatic touch of Amarillo Hops. Rich flavour with a good bitter finish. Drink solo as well as accompanied by food. The beer is unfiltered and unpasteurised.

Sample from bottle at Slagelse Danske øl Festival and several times before from bottle. Pours almost clear orange/yellow with a white head. Grainy, corn and slight malt aroma. Fruity hoppy flavour semi sweet/dry, nice balance with an underlying malt flavour. Dry bitter finish. One of my favourite danish pilsners.

Dark yellow colored, cloudy appearance with little white head. Lemony and nicely hopped aroma with floral touch. Medium bodied. Flavor has dominating bitterness from hops, also this lemony fruitiness is nice in aftertaste with some yeast.

(Draught at Den Tatoverede Enke, Copenhagen, 18 May 2007) Golden yellow colour, slightly hazy, with white head. Malty nose with notes of spicy hops. Malty, rather bitter taste with lots of spicy hops. Dry, fresh and grassy finish. Very aromatic pilsner.

A Mes rate: Bottle @ Københavnske Øldage. Golden pils like colour. Lovely malty pils nose that really got my hopes up. Sadly the flavour is a let down of tangy bland malt and very little else. Watery palate completes the disappointment. Shame.

Rumours about this beer has been good and bad. When it’s at its best, maybe the best pilsner in DK, but infection can make this statement false. It has happend some times, also for me, so we have to wait and see, if they get better with the qualitycontrol in the future.

Very good beer,I can’t describe it like a pilsener,it is quiet pale. Too much malt in the aroma, finally honest beer.
