Vaiz (4460) - Den Haag, NETHERLANDS - DEC 26, 2014
Bottle at home. Clear golden pour, huge white head. Aroma of spicy malts, slightly herbal, some fruits, sandalwood, licorice and a bit yeasty. Flavor is quite spicy and fruity. Huge carbonation and solid body for the relatively low amount of alcohol. Well balanced and clean flavor. Nice.

4oz on tap at Libertys for $3.50. Clear golden orange color. Thin off-white head, bubbles on the side of the glass. Cake-like bready kind of caramel malt. Moderate sweet taste, light to moderate bitter. Some peppery hop, mild citrus. Kind of herbal. Not bad. Better than expected. A nice, balanced belgian ale.

Aroma of light malt, fruits, peach, yeast, floral notes, spicy notes, hops. Flavour is slightly tart and rather bitter, especially for this Belgian style ale. Enjoyable beer.

bonkiedeaap (750) - Leerdam, NETHERLANDS - OCT 11, 2014
Bottle from de Bierschuur in Poppel. The beer has a golden/yellow color and a large white head, with a lot of bubbles. In the aroma clear tones of hops, citrus fruits, yeast and malts. The taste is little watery but also a little sweet. In the taste the tones from the aroma come clearly forward. The finish changes from light sweet to a nice and strong bitterness which is long noticable. Shame it’s a little watery, but further it’s a nice ale.

deanso (10072) - Chiang Mai, THAILAND - OCT 6, 2014
UPDATED: OCT 21, 2014 33cl bottle from Den Gouwen Aar. Very thick white head. Hazy golden pour. Nice bitterness in the aftertaste.
