Bockbier fat folkpub i DenBosch Holland. Egentligen inte så spännande men trevlig omgivning höjer alltid betyget!

A: Dark brown beer. Hazy, mocha foam top.
S: Sour yeast, light bitter hops, caramel and a subtle coffee scent.
T: Same as the smell suggests, but better. Has more sweetness to it then you’d expect, leveling out the light bitter and medium sourness. Not too sweet. Still fresh and balanced.
M: Low carbonation, giving it a somewhat creamy medium bodied feel. Could be a tad fresher for a better balance.
O: Nice balanced bock beer, but lacks a bit of complexity to call it very interesting. rok1024 (1272) - Maribor, SLOVENIA - JAN 23, 2013
UPDATED: NOV 2, 2013 Slightly hazy deep red brownish appearance with medium head. Coffee, malty, caramel aroma. Sweet taste, medium body, medium bitter finish. Overall good and satisfying Dunkler Bock. Finn (7513) - Tromsø, NORWAY - JAN 11, 2013
Flaske 0,3l. Gave fra Mieke. Tusen takk! Mørk rødbrun. Mye bobler på glassveggen. Høyt luftig skum med en god del filigranser på glasset. Skummet varer noen minutter. Beskjeden maltaroma. Litt røyk. Myk munnfølelse. Smaken er mørk frukt. Plommer. God fylde. Svakt røykpreg. SimplySike (1490) - The Hague, NETHERLANDS - JAN 9, 2013

Vrij zoet, maar zeer lekker bokbier. Kan zich wat mij betreft meten met de betere herstbokken. petibear (53) - - DEC 17, 2012
very dark brown with small - almost no head. fruity aroma, oily texture, sweet in taste, coffee flavour jmgreenuk (9300) - Kuala Lumpur, MALAYSIA - DEC 13, 2012
Bottle from Albert Heijn. Poured a clear dark brown with a reddish hue. The head was thin, tan and broken. The aroma is weak but does contain fruit and malt. The flavour is bitter with chocolate and liquorice. It’s a little less sweet than many boks, which makes it easier for a session and keeps the dentist happy! Dark coloured beer with an off-white head. Smells dark fruits, tastes is quite sweet and fruity (dark fruits) at the beginning and has hints of coffee at the end. It makes it quite interesting, and well balanced. No taste of alcohol. Between a Schwarz and a Strong Belgian Ale. Very good beer, really appreciated it. JEK69 (396) - FRANCE - NOV 28, 2012
Pours dark red with a dark beige non persistant foam head.
It smells caramel and molasse, candied fruit and a bit metallic too.
Aromatic profile is very simple, not deep and very short with also a metallic note.
Not really good.
