Fancy 500ml crock style bottle, BB May 2018. Pours dark cola colour with moderate beige head. Very sweet aromas of caramel, raisins, plums, cherries, slight earthy notes. The taste is also overly sweet and cloying - big caramel and toasty bread malt character, the aforementioned dark fruits, with some herbal hop notes. The light body is a blessing with such sweetness, but would benefit from higher carbonation to give a drier mouthfeel. Far too sweet - would’ve been much better with a rich malty focus rather than caramel sweetness. hawthorne00 (3952) - Melbourne, AUSTRALIA - JAN 10, 2017
Crock. Dark brown with a beige head. Aroma of dark fruits, brown sugar, earth, nuts, chocolate. 7+ Palate is weaker than suggested by the aroma, with the taste being dough, chicory, some nuts. It’s quite sweet but dries out a little at the end with discreet bitterness. Grew on me a bit after at first seeming like a let down after the aroma. Has some depth. ogivlado (7824) - Zagreb, CROATIA - DEC 28, 2016
Bottled 500ml. -from Metro Zagreb. Dark amber coloured, small off-white head, caramel and dried fruits in the nose. Sweet malty, caramel, heavy dried fruits, touch of raisins and light spices with a way too sweet finish. Now and never again. artyom (1116) - Osijek, CROATIA - DEC 27, 2016
0.5l bottle. Dark brown color with tanned head. Aroma is fruity with raisins, plums and caramel. Taste is sweet with fruity and caramel notes and some bitterness. Medium bofy. Overall it’s very good beer. mike_77 (6668) - Breda, NETHERLANDS - DEC 9, 2016
Clear and dark brown with lasting head. Aroma and flavour have sweet malts and caramel. On the sweet side but smooth, full flavoured and easy to drink.

Bottle from local Liquor Mountain. Nose of mild dark malt, dark fruit, and yeast. Translucent reddish/brown color, very little head, and then it morphs into weird spider web flecks. Moderately sweet dark fruit, sugar, and thins out in mid palate and final. Thin-medium body, nearly flat. Why the very bulky and heavy ceramic bottle, which weighs between 1-2 kgs.? Perhaps to dress up this not-so-special beer... fkoolen (1215) - Maastricht, NETHERLANDS - NOV 30, 2016
UPDATED: NOV 30, 2016 Big stone bottle at home. Chestnut colour, beige creamy head. Sweet candy sugar and caramel malty, lightly spicy and peppery yeasts, banana: balanced and soft but lacks big flavours. Light-medium body, low carbonation. Erzengel (8744) - Wuppertal, GERMANY - SEP 11, 2016
*Nice and yeasty fruity beginning. Rich and thick, smooth, moderate bitter. Dark dried fruits, mild yeast, slightly alcoholic. Round and kind of creamy, sweetish fruity and soft. Nice. erling1000 (719) - - AUG 16, 2016
A dutch, unfiltered brown Dubbel with very low head. Aroma is caramel, malt, prune, complex yeast, spices. Taste us bitter sweet.

From Emiel. Red, clear, nice creamy foam. Caramel, bonbon, pears in the aroma. Sweet, fruity, pear with mild sweet, alcoholic aftertaste. A nice one.
