COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Grazias is a mash-up of the second largest city in Austria, Graz and our second favorite word in the Spanish language, gracias. A twist on the old-world classic Vienna lager, our signature beer is smooth, malty and perfectly balanced with Noble hops. It has a creamy, smooth texture, and the malt contributes chocolate, vanilla and slightly toasted flavors that play off the German hops for a sublime flavor and a surprisingly dark color. See why the New York Times says ...the Vienna cream ale, Grazias, was unlike anything else I tasted that weekend, gently nut-toasty but refreshing all the same.

Weak hops aroma. Gorgeous copper color. Mild and creamy with a light hops and lemon aftertaste. Light mouthfeel. Good compliment to fish and chips.

16 oz. can. Pours a medium thick, well retained, ivory head, with light lacing, over a clear deep copper (SRM 18) body.......nose is toasted malts, with light vanilla, mild toffee/caramel tones, light floral hops, balanced......taste is toasted malts, with light cocoa, toffee/caramel tones, light vanilla, mild hop spice, dry throughout, finishing with mild hop bitterness, balanced nicely between malts and hops.....mouth feel, medium light body, no alcohol, light carbonation. This is a nicely balanced, clean, refreshing, easy drinking beer. Although it is well done to the style, it is on the simple end of the beer spectrum. BJCP 8/3/15/4/7

Can pint - it pours a clear darker than expected copper/brown similar to fresh steeped tea also a thin off white head that almost dissipates completely. Enticing aroma of ripe fruity malts, dry tea and a mild earthy style hops. Bitter hop note thru and thru a malty structure. Not overpowering but solid.

Clear dark copper hue under a thin tight white cap. Brisk amber lagery malt aroma with a faint little bit of creaminess in there. Smooth and bright flavor thats gently lagery and gently creamy with nice Vienna malt and gentle caratoffee nuances throughout. Really crisp and clean and semisweet yet traditionally Germanic.

Can. Pours a clear dark amber body with a small wispy off-white head. The Nose is roasty malt, a little caramel, some slight fruity notes, light hoppiness. The flavor is fairly nice, on the sweeter side up front, with caramel and Vienna malt. Finishes with a touch of grainy and toasty malt, light bitterness. Medium bodied with soft fizzy carbonation and a lingering finish. Meh, an ok beer, but not exactly a Cream Ale.
