Small white head, stable, over pale gold beer. Coriandersoup, disgustingly overpowering spicy nose, wether it is really there or not. Flat corianderflavour, hopelessly perfumed by yeastflavours. Light medium bodied, bit spritzy. As the ingredientlist speaks of no spices, the corianderflavour is probably due to some weird yeastcomponent, but that knowledge does not help it from being uninviting. As to the reason for this beer, I’m mystified. BoBoChamp (5754) - Gent, BELGIUM - AUG 6, 2009
33cl, new exclusive brew Anno 2009, from De Hopduvel Gent, complex brew, not balanced, hazy, rocky head, nice brew thebeertourist (5188) - Oslo, NORWAY - JUL 8, 2009
On tap at The Beer Brothers Zomerbierfestival, Mechelen. Hazy golden with a rich white head. Spicy coriander nose. Sweetish, quite a bit of coriander flavours. Too much coriander in other words. Jerre (3859) - Waregem, BELGIUM - JUL 5, 2009
Tasted today on tap @ Perron M,
beerfestival Beer Brothers, Mechelen.
Almost clear blond color, wth nice white head.
Aroma: yeast, fruits touch, hops.
Medium body. Taste fruity, with malt notes. Good hop bitterness. More hops than Margriet before. Like it.
