(Het Kapittel Watou Pater) Bottle 330 ml at home, served intoone of those tulip-snifter hybrid glasses, ABV 6% Deep chestnut brown colour on the body, clear, with a good sized and thock enough tan head on top, with very good retention. Sweet caramel smell, medicinal alcohol although this is only 6%, light toffee. Taste is sweet and it has caramel, metallic notes, some red and dark fruits. Medium thin body, low carbonation, dry palate. Okay, a bit boring.

An ok beer: nice dark colour but less palate than i expected (maybe because i thought i was drinking the stronger kapittel after seeing the colour): a bit of caramel and yeast, medium body, thin feel, and dull finish.
