Moravius (1512) - Berlin, GERMANY - DEC 21, 2016

MoritzF (10199) - Ottobrunn, GERMANY - JUL 30, 2015
(bottle) Clear, deep golden colour with a firm, medium-sized and slightly off-white foamy head. Moderately smoked malty aroma with notes of smoked ham, a tinge of caramel and vanilla, backed by a whiff of hoppy spice. Moderately sweet and delicately bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a soft carbonation. Mildly smoke-malty on the tongue with hints of caramel, biscuit and a touch of herbal hoppy spice towards the sweet and mildly bitter finish with a gentle smoke character in the aftertaste. Fairly good and rounded. 08.III.15

3fourths (9367) - Boulder, Colorado, USA - DEC 2, 2013
Bottle from the brewery. Filtered copper amber colored body. Ashy and meaty smoke aroma with strong detergent notes. Seemingly full body in the approach dissolves quickly in the finish leaving you wanting. Sweet, low bitterness, salty, candyish and simple.
