Moeder Lambic: served in a dimpled mug, clear yellow with a lasting white head, slightly sweet & fruity, getting mainly banana from this as well as some peach, caramel & pils malt, herbal hops but only the smallest hint of bitterness in the finish, very clean, cut taste, medium body, very easy to drink, wonderful drink
On tap at Moeder Lambik. Yellow gold body with top head. Fruity nose. Taste of citrus, sweet and malty. Quite full bodied for a Pilsener. Most enjoyable. bierkoning (13747) - La Tropica/Doarp, NETHERLANDS - JUN 30, 2003
Pours a small frothy head. Hoppy, maybe a bit soapy aroma. Firm hopbitter flavor that lingers on for a while. Hint of orange and a good maltiness, as in most Franconian pilseners. Quality pilsener, well balanced. thebeertourist (5188) - Oslo, NORWAY - JUL 18, 2011
On tap at Chez Moeder Lambic Sint-Gillis. Pale golden, poured with a decent head. Nose of rye bread. Well-balanced sweet maltiness and noble hops bitterness. Well-crafted pilsener. Maria (10211) - Thisted, DENMARK - JUN 19, 2011
It’s warm golden with a creamy, white head, and initially the aroma has notes of vegetables, but luckily it moves on to malt, flower and bread. The flavour has a light sweetness and notes of malt, citrus, bread, flower and the finish is dry – quite refreshing.

Draught Clear copper beer with a very good, just yellowish head, leaving lacerings. Beautiful malty nose, dry, but fresh malts, ever so slightly sugary. Maltbomb, but not overly sweet, there being a slightly peppery hopimpression. Finish consists as pure maltsugars. Lots of gristslickness, nearly medium bodied. If all Pilsners were like this, nobody would make a difference between lagers and speciality beers... sebletitje (10421) - Enghien, BELGIUM - JAN 21, 2012
