COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

It’s a beautiful unclear yellow-golden beer with a huge, creamy and long lasting head. The aroma has notes of yeast, fruits and wheat, it’s soft. The sweet flavor has notes of yeast ever so slightly sour in a good way, fruits including banana, wheat, and the finish is soft and slightly spicy. A nice one, but I wouldn’t have minded a bit stronger not of yeast in the flavor.

kevnic2008 (11980) - Baden-Baden, GERMANY - MAR 28, 2012
Pleasant wheat brew with a cloudy deep golden colour, a medium sized white head and a citrus/banana fruity aroma of bread and notes of cloves, followed in the refreshing finish by citrusses and spices.

Bierkrug (2129) - - AUG 2, 2011
500 ml bottle in Stuttgart, Germany. Pours a hazy orange with a white and foamy head. Aroma is lemons (tart) and wheat. Taste is fruity but tart at the same time. Palate is mellow. This is a good solid Hefe.

MoritzF (9851) - Ottobrunn, GERMANY - JAN 23, 2011
(bottle) Cloudy, light-amber colour with a short and slightly tanned foamy head. Sweet (cara-)malty, slightly bready and moderately wheaty aroma with notes of banana and a sourish citric touch. Sweet-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a spritzy carbonation. Cara-malty and wheaty taste in a good balance with banana-fruity notes; sweet and slightly yeasty bitter finish. Well-rounded Wheat. 12.I.11

pivnizub (10576) - Bochum, Porúří, GERMANY - JAN 15, 2011
Bottle: Hazy, orangey, stable creamy off-white head, lively carbonation; bananas, a touch of lemons and wheat in the yeasty nose; moderate sweet-sourish flavour, medium bodied, a bit fizzy; slightly tarter in the sweetish-fruity (bananas) finish. Another goody by Heubacher.....

Bottle from Quack-Duck, thanks! Orange blonde. Wheat and tangerine in the aroma. Banana, yeasty notes and tangerine in the flavor. Just a regular, but quite drinkable hefeweizen.
