Glen’s Garden Market. Crystal clear golden yellow color, champagne bubbles. Aroma of fresh and dusty apple skins, light white pepper. Taste is crisp and dry apple flesh, lemon rind. Very tasty. Kinz (3786) - Glen Allen, Virginia, USA - AUG 8, 2013
Pleasantly surprised to find this sitting out here, and with zero ratings too! Medium gold, somewhat hazy. Aroma is apple, and the very faintest barnyard. Flavor is a match. The apple notes are light, and more of peel than juice. In the background, there is a faint almost brett-like note. Almost like a very light cross between a French and American cider. Not bad, although I wish the fruit had been a bit more pronounced.
